Property consulting with me means: a second, independent voice before you make a six- or seven-figure decision. I'm not the estate agent who also happens to advise — I'm an adviser, without skin in any sales game.

Are you an estate agent?

No, explicitly not. I don't broker properties and don't take commissions — you pay only for my consulting time. That keeps my recommendation interest-neutral.

What does it cost?

Initial call (~60 minutes) is free. Detailed valuations or guided support work on day-rate or fixed-price basis — written quote always given before any work starts.

How fast can I get an assessment?

A first verbal indication often during the initial call. A written, well-founded assessment typically within 5–10 working days, depending on complexity.

Where do you work?

Primarily Devon and the South West of England, plus the German Rhine-Neckar / Pfalz region. Outside these areas on request — for standard cases (typical flats, well-documented houses) UK-wide and Germany-wide via remote review.
